Tim brings over 40 years of experience in the property industry, with expertise across office, retail, industrial, project leasing, development, and asset management. He has worked in all major Australian markets as well as New Zealand, managing large-scale leasing programs and leading some of the country’s most significant commercial property transactions. Tim has worked with institutional clients locally and internationally and has overseen acquisitions, refurbishments, and leasing campaigns valued. Prior to founding VennCap in 2009, he held senior roles at Colliers International, Stockland, and Allco Finance Group. Tim holds an Associate Diploma in Business (Valuation) and is a licensed real estate agent across multiple states in Australia and in New Zealand.

Tim has over 40 years of experience in real estate, funds management, finance, and business structuring. He has led the creation and management of businesses and acquisition of assets across Australia, the UK, US, New Zealand, and Asia. He has overseen the acquisition of more than $2 billion in real estate assets, has created multiple real estate funds and portfolio’s and been intimately involved in running these. Tim co-founded VennCap in 2009 following a 20-year career at Allco Finance Group, where he held senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate and Country Head for Singapore. He is also a founding director of Sturt Capital Partners and has served on several boards and as a Responsible Officer for multiple licensed entities. Tim holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary.

Elaine brings over 12 years of accounting and finance experience, with a strong focus on property finance for Australian and New Zealand entities. As Finance Manager at VennCap, she oversees budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting across the portfolio, and plays a key role in financial planning for acquisitions. Elaine works closely with stakeholders to manage cash flow, streamline operations, and deliver detailed financial insights that support strategic decision-making. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from UTS and is a licensed BAS Agent.

Mark brings over 19 years of experience in property management, planning, and leasing across office and retail assets. At VennCap, he manages four major properties in Brisbane and Auckland, drawing on his strong knowledge of diverse markets and asset types. Mark is focused on optimising asset performance through sustainability initiatives, smart project delivery, and strategic leasing. He’s known for his hands-on approach and ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining strong tenant relationships. Mark is a licensed real estate agent in NSW and holds qualifications in Real Estate Business Management from TAFE.

Leigh has over 35 years of experience in the property industry across the retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. He has held senior roles with major organisations including Vicinity Centres, Charter Hall, JLL, Colliers International and IAG Property. A valuation background provides Leigh with a deep knowledge of the drivers of asset performance and asset value. Experience provides him expertise in lessee and stakeholder engagement, financial management, and project management. At VennCap, he provides asset management and project management services to a portfolio of complex commercial property assets, always demonstrating a clear focus on creating long-term value. Leigh holds a Graduate Diploma in Land Economy, an Associate Diploma in Valuation, and a Class 2 Real Estate Agent’s License. He’s also a member of the Australian Property Institute.

Sarah brings more than 25 years of experience in the property industry to her role at VennCap. She’s worked across property management, valuations, industrial sales and leasing, and investment sales, building strong market knowledge along the way. Earlier in her career, Sarah spent six years supporting a Managing Director at an international investment bank, where she delivered high-level administrative support and client reporting. She combines deep industry experience with adaptable admin skills and a focus on professionalism. Sarah is a graduate of Williams Business College and regularly updates her technical skills through ongoing software training.

Emily has been part of the VennCap team since 2020, bringing over six years of experience in accounting. She’s also worked in administration and guest services across a mix of industries in Australia and the U.S., which adds to her practical, people-focused approach. Emily holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

Rob has been part of the VennCap team for the past 18 months, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to client service. He holds a Real Estate Certificate of Registration and is working towards his Class 2 Real Estate Licence, having also completed the Property Council of Australia’s Assistant Asset Manager course. In his role, Rob manages a portfolio of medical centres and supports the Asset Manager in overseeing a prominent Sydney office building. His day-to-day focus is on ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and operations run smoothly. Before transitioning into commercial property, Rob built a career in education. He holds a Bachelor of Human Sport & Movement and a Master of Teaching, and spent several years teaching Physical Education in secondary schools — a background that has sharpened his communication, organisation, and people skills.
